1. Registration and Authentication

You can securely log in to AstroSoleil using your Email, Google, or Apple accounts.

2. Collected Data and Purpose of Use

In order to calculate your natal chart and present your astrological analysis, we collect name/nickname, date of birth, place of birth, gender, and birth time during the registration and profile setup steps. This data is used solely to generate personalized cosmic analyses and verify your profile.

3. Google Health Connect & Apple HealthKit Health Data Policy

As part of our app's "Cosmic Wellness" feature, and based on your explicit consent and approval given through your device, the Daily Steps (Steps), Sleep Duration (SleepSession), and Average Heart Rate (HeartRate) data types are accessed via Android Health Connect and iOS Apple HealthKit APIs. This data is used to provide personalized wellness guidance by mapping your biological rhythm with celestial movements and moon phases.

Health Data Retention Policy: Step, sleep, and heart rate data accessed through both the Google Health Connect and Apple HealthKit frameworks are strictly never recorded or stored on our remote servers, nor are they shared with any third party or advertising company. This data is processed instantly on the user's own device (on-device); therefore, the retention period for this data on our servers is 0 days. No trace of this data remains when the app is closed or deleted from the device.

4. Use of Time, Time Zone, and Geographic Location

Our app does not perform live GPS location tracking from your device and does not collect this data in the background. Only the coordinates of the city/country you select in your profile and your device's current time zone information are used for accurate geographic longitude/latitude calculations, ascendant sign detection, and adjusting appointment times according to your local time.

5. Payment Transactions and Financial Security

In-app purchases and payments for consultation services are securely processed through Google Play Store Billing and Apple App Store using the RevenueCat infrastructure. AstroSoleil strictly cannot access or store your credit card or bank details; all financial transactions are secured under the guarantee of the respective stores.

6. Media, Consultation, and Voice Recordings

Camera and microphone access is required for live consultation sessions with our expert astrologers, and microphone permission is requested for the dream interpretation feature so you can record your dreams vocally. Camera and microphone streams during live consultations are transmitted instantly, and video recording is strictly never performed. An audio recording is taken solely for the purpose of allowing our users to listen back later. These audio recordings are automatically and permanently deleted from our system 7 days after the consultation is completed.

7. Data Security, Infrastructure, and Right to Data Deletion

The Supabase cloud infrastructure, which features high encryption standards, is used to ensure the security of your data. To maintain app stability, we utilize Sentry (error tracking) and PostHog (analytics) services. Users have the right to immediately and permanently delete all account information, chart records, and personal data from our database at any time using the "Delete My Account" button located in the profile settings.

8. Advertising and Commercial Data Policy

AstroSoleil is a completely ad-free and subscription-free platform. Your personal data, health data, or astrological chart information will strictly never be sold to third parties for commercial purposes or used in marketing activities.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal or biological data from children.
